Back to the grind. I was supposed
to go to the gym again this morning but I got so busy with the Monday morning
madness, I skipped the gym and went straight to work.
My knee is doing much better
though. I’m not limping anymore. I’m able to walk up stairs without too much
pain. I still have limitations in extending and flexing all the way and lose my
balance every now and then. As uncomfortable as it was, I believe the
prolotherapy really helped. I’m getting another set of injections in a week.
Starting with acupuncture and ortho-bionomy right after the injury also
assisted in getting blood flowing to the area and helped ease the pain. I feel
that it’s all going to be OK.
