Another morning at the gym trying
to drop some of this weight I’ve gained from being sedentary. It’s tough when
you can’t use your legs. My skinny little quad has some serious rebuilding to
do! I also got a massage today to work out some of the tightness around my
knee. It’s like every little fiber is holding on for dear life trying to keep
the joint in place.
At the dojo, we updated our class
viewing area with a couple of armchairs and a rug. My knee held up hauling all
the stuff in. It looks really nice.
