I did mini-step-ups, squats and
one-leg bicep curls at the gym this morning. My knee held up great. I have been
really worried about how to get my cardio in since my legs have been pretty
much unusable. Well, today I used the battle ropes. Holy crap! There’s my
cardio.
I also got my hair done today. It’s
been soooo long and it felt great to finally get a cut and color. Afterwards, I
went to see Dr. Xiao. My range of motion was amazing today. I really do feel like
I’m getting stronger and my knee is getting better. I’m getting stoked for my
prolotherapy treatment next Friday.
