Work. Work. Work.
Highlights:
Participated in my first yoga class since the injury. My knee held up for the
most part and really only bothered me in one pose. Got some new exercises to do
from my in-house PT. I feel like I’m progressing now. She also applied kinesio tape
to the back of my leg, which gives my hamstring more stability. Came home to
discover ALL of the Yelp reviews from our earlier saga on August 11 had been
removed. Do they not know that we have screenshots of everything??
