Hit the gym again this morning. I
decided to try the recumbent bike and see how far my knee could go. I was
actually surprised that it didn’t really give me any troubles, as I’ve had
friends tell me that they could barely complete one cycle when they were
rehabbing their knees. I did squats and one leg stands between upper body sets.
Afterwards, I had another
Ortho-bionomy session. The back of my knee has been in a lot of pain lately and
I’ve finally been able to palpate the Baker’s Cyst. It’s still there and very
clearly what is keeping me from flexing my knee all that way. What a painful
little f’er!
Afterwards, I came home and made
the best chicken enchiladas EVER!!!!
